The Family Safari is one day longer because it includes an extra day exploring Santa Cruz Island.
At a Glance:
- Classic Safari: 2 sea days + 2 land days
- Family Safari: 2 sea days + 3 land days
The Key Differences:
The Classic Safari includes two days at sea visiting different uninhabited islands, together with two days of land excursions on Santa Cruz.
The Family Safari includes three land days and two sea days. One sea day visits an uninhabited island, while the other is our private fishing adventure, where you join local fishermen for a day that combines fishing, snorkelling and time in a secluded bay.
Because this experience involves chartering a private boat, it is most cost-effective for small groups, which is why it forms part of the Family Safari. However, it can also be added to a Classic Safari, although the cost per person is naturally higher when the charter is shared between fewer guests.
You can also add an additional land day to your Classic Safari to explore another part of Santa Cruz Island.
There are many ways to explore the islands. We can tailor your itinerary around your available time and interests. Simply let your Safari Designer know how many days you have available, and we can take it from there.
