The team is fantastic! Every day the selections were fresh and delicious. Great portion sizes. Beautiful, relaxing setting. Super fun and action! Fantastic staff all around. Really appreciated the giving of tent 9 for the last two days. We LOVED [name of guide]. Wish we could have had more time with [name of guide] – fantastic, friendly, shared copious amounts of knowledge. [Name of guide] on the Galaxy was wonderful. We loved our 3 tours with him – both the snorkeling and land tours.
The Camp/Lodge exceeded our expectations. The people were so incredibly warm, helpful and kind. They accommodated us at every step, even anticipating our needs. It was the perfect blend of luxury/adventure/eco-friendly/authentic Galapagos Islands! [Name of guide] MADE the experience! Such a fabulous guide. We felt so lucky to be with him. We noticed that other people in the boat always wanted to join us or ask [our guide] questions. He was so smart and took such great care of us. We had an amazing time because of him!

Really family friendly guide, very funny , kind and knowledgeable. Maybe a animal guide for kids would be nice. Loved everything. Boat to Bartolome very long though.

The food exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful. We would have preferred our tents to be a little closer to each other or to have been in another family suite. [Name of guide] was great – very patient with our group – thoroughly enjoyed our outings with him. Outings were great – wish we had more time in Galapagos!
The food was incredible and appreciate the flexibility given two ‘fussy’ vegetarians! Amazing – all staff were kind, polite and helpful. Exceeded our expectations. [Our guide was] very knowledgeable, good company, flexible and [name of guide] was lovely too. All fantastic. Bikes could do with a bit of maintenance – gears etc. Otherwise all gear, snorkeling etc, was perfect.
Great food, very attentive hosts. A/c in rooms would be helpful, road to camp very bumpy. [Name of guide] truly made the difference. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. [Name of guide] is a very kind and sweet person. Always helpful and with a lot of experience and knowledge.

Thank you! This was a magnificent experience for our family. Best guide we have ever had. We would not change anything. It’s been a relaxing, enjoyable, healthy and delicious experience! Also [guide on boat] was wonderful. Very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. [Guide] is entertaining, knowledgeable, a great communicator and enjoyable company. Only stayed 1 night at Guayaquil but it was enjoyable. Activities have been perfectly entertaining and interesting to learn about Ecuadorian environment.
Incredible! The service is impeccable! Everyone was so attentive and though of everything! The little details mean the most. Some of the best food! I did not have one meal that was less than impressive. [Name of guide] has such a friendly disposition. Very knowledgeable and has great passion for his island. The activities were magical. We saw everything and all were perfectly timed, not too short or too long. The only thing I would add: maybe have a golf cart for those with mobility issues so they can go as they please, or some small vehicle. Other than that, you have thought of everything!
Best turn down service, excellent service on every level, the foot was outstanding. [Name of guide] was a great guide, very patient, knowledgeable, prompt, informative, friendly, attentive to guest needs. Activities were great and well run. Wish we had more time to do it all.

The restaurant tantalized our taste buds with freshest local ingredients making every meal a culinary adventure. [Name of guide] brought the wonders of the Galapagos to life with infectious passion and deep understanding of the island.
Loved the combination of peacefulness, emphasis on wellbeing with all of the notes. Beautiful facilities. One of the best guides we’ve encountered anywhere. All activities were well coordinated.
